Here’s how I see it:  When democrats attempt to support Obama’s policies against criticism by liberals via statements like, “Imagine what McCain would’ve done”, or “Would you rather have McCain/Palin in the White House?”, that is akin to crying “Faith!” by Christians who’ve chosen the path of non-thought. 

There can be no debate when people allow themselves to be ruled by blind faith, and that is a deliberate act on their part.

I call it The Absurdity Defense.
